Sancha View

Sancha 32 View is a residential project located on the seafront of Paseo de Sancha, one of the most exclusive and representative areas of Málaga. The project combines the architectural value of a restored historic façade with contemporary interiors, sea views and a privileged location next to the city centre. A brand strategy was launched to convey that balance between classic elegance and contemporary style, defining the positioning, naming and visual system of the project.
